Hold your phone firmly, while the front screen is facing down.
Open with your thumb or finger the back cover, by lifting upwards from the left side of the cover, ( there is a lock button which keeps cover attached to phone, you can detach the cover from there.
The RESET button is at the left side bottom below the battery and SIM card slot. Use any small object that has an unsharp and pointed tip to press the RESET button.
Now Your phone restarts and Home screen is displayed.
Replace the back cover, fix the right side of the back cover first. Then press down the cover into place. The cover is locks itself on the body.
